Position Overview:

- Oversee and manage the installation of gas services, ensuring product availability for clients through collaboration with external partners. Provide technical assistance to company staff, clients, contractors, municipal inspectors, and plumbing professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the installation of both residential and commercial gas services by coordinating with various stakeholders.
  • Instruct contractors on compliance with gas piping installation standards. Manage gas main installations for new construction projects.
  • Assist residential clients with meter relocations and troubleshoot installation challenges.
  • Prepare drawings and cost estimates for meter relocations. Collaborate with TECO Partners to generate new service opportunities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and effectively address any complaints.
  • Perform administrative duties, including the creation of Service Entry Sheets and database updates.
  • Execute additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Valid Florida Driver's License and a minimum of 5 years of experience in natural gas utility construction.
  • Understanding of gas systems design, piping standards, and regulatory requirements. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and maps.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of gas codes and safety regulations.
