We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Superintendent to lead our high-end residential and commercial remodels, new construction, and service projects.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of construction project management experience, with a strong background in all trades, including building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee construction plans, including change orders, to meet project requirements
  • Manage and coordinate schedules from inception to close out
  • Ensure quality control and workmanship
  • Work effectively with homeowners, clients, architects, engineers, and sub-contractors
  • Order supplies and materials as required
  • Respond to emergencies on the job site and to emergency service calls

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of construction project management experience
  • Ability to read, understand, and execute building plans
  • Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
  • Highly motivated, proactive problem solver
  • Comprehensive understanding of high-end residential means, methods, and expectations
