About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator to join our Learning and Development team at Benesch. As an LMS Coordinator, you will play a critical role in monitoring and maintaining our learning management system, providing first-line support to employees, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain our learning management system, ensuring it is up-to-date and functioning correctly.
  • Provide first-line support to employees regarding LMS questions, concerns, or issues.
  • Develop, deliver, and effectively use digital content, tools, or related processes and procedures to foster a high-quality digital educational experience.
  • Collaborate with the L&D team and other subject matter experts to assist in the development and production of curriculum and other deliverables.
  • Create training materials and content for distribution via LMS, websites, newsletters, and workshops.
  • Support integrated third-party systems such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of learning and development related work experience.
  • B.S. Degree in Human Resources, Education, Training, or related field.
  • Servant leadership mentality and enjoys collaborating with internal clients.
  • Intermediate to advanced L&D software skills, preferably with LMS (Cornerstone).
  • Technical skills with current learning management systems, web-conferencing tools, Google Apps, etc.
