Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with vendor partners to coordinate system integration efforts.
  • Maintain and prioritize a list of ongoing and upcoming integration projects.
  • Evaluate vendor workflows and web forms to anticipate integration problems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop solutions to vendor workflow problems.
  • Maintain data dictionaries and develop mappings of vendor fields and picklist values.
  • Evaluate test records to ensure vendor data is properly reproduced in internal systems.
  • Contribute to documentation and knowledgebase articles.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Experience using project management tools such as JIRA or Trello preferred.
  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new software.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables and index/match or xlookup.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent people-skills, including ability to train end users.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to conduct research into computing issues and software functionality.
  • Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Ability to collaborate across functional teams.
