Position: Clinical Nurse Specialist

Overview
We are in search of a dedicated nurse (RN, LVN, or LPN) who embodies our high standards of care. The ideal candidate is a vibrant, compassionate individual with a strong focus on patient satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA.
  • Demonstrate clinical proficiency in nursing tasks, including accurate medication administration, sterile field setup, and equipment sterilization.
  • Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly, in line with company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, including physicians, Medical Assistants, and Patient Coordinators, regarding daily clinical and surgical schedules.
  • Document clinical and surgical notes with precision and accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and service at all times.
  • Follow established policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes.
  • Enhance patient retention by delivering top-quality care and a remarkable patient experience.
  • Assist in various aspects of clinical and surgical environments.
  • Maintain professionalism and the ability to collaborate with diverse personalities.
  • Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by Clinical Leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current nursing license (RN, LVN, or LPN).
  • ACLS certification is required for all nursing staff.
  • IV certification is mandatory for LVNs/LPNs in the U.S. and RPNs in Canada.
  • Experience in a plastic surgery setting is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • High energy and a strong commitment to patient care and experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
