Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Counter Manager to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury.
- The successful candidate will lead the team in building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and product knowledge while ensuring visually appealing merchandise presentation.
- The Counter Manager will be responsible for fostering a welcoming and engaging environment on the sales floor, driving productivity and excitement among Beauty Advisors.
- This role involves creating an in-store experience that is seamless, fun, and tailored to individual customers' needs, allowing for the development of long-term relationships.
- The ideal candidate will execute event strategies and come up with innovative ideas to drive sales and engagement.
- They will also utilize technology and clientelling systems to drive sales both in-store and online.
- In addition, they will participate in merchandising and operational requirements.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3-5 years related experience
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
