Job Summary

The Regional IT Manager will be responsible for providing strategic technology oversight and support to multiple communities. This role will work closely with Executive Directors and their staff to understand IT needs and develop plans to align with community goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a 3-year IT Strategic Plan to drive community competitiveness and technology advancements.
  • Assist in preparing the annual IT Budget, closely coordinated with community leadership.
  • Identify and recommend technologies to improve resident experience and drive efficiencies.
  • Oversight of IT security practices, including best practice implementation and HIPAA assessments.
  • Monitor IT performance, engage in escalated issues, and participate in quarterly IT reviews.
  • Provide guidance to the Community resident support council on IT initiatives and issues.
  • Ongoing interaction with community leadership, including monthly reports and quarterly business reviews.
Requirements
  • 4-year Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or MIS degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years working in IT with experience in budgeting and basic infrastructure.
  • 2+ years working with IT customers to understand needs and requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of network fundamentals.
  • Basic understanding of end-user computing solutions.
  • Solid understanding of Office 365 tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Understanding of Cyber Security concepts and best practices.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
