About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support our recruiting and onboarding functions, as well as general HR support. This role will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties, including organizing recruiting events, new hire orientation, and supporting the robust internship program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize weekly New Hire Orientation, including gathering documentation, sending emails, and facilitating orientation.
  • Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team, including scheduling interviews, producing information, and tracking pre-employment screening.
  • Assist with the College Recruitment program, including scheduling events, staffing, and maintaining relationships with schools.
  • Assist in the planning for the intern program each summer.
  • Prepare presentations, charts, and reports for meetings, including recruitment-related logs and metrics.
  • Maintain Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) data and new hire reporting.
  • Organize and maintain the Associate Referral Program.
  • Invoice processing and PO creation for the division.
  • Handle the unemployment claim process in partnership with the HRBPs.
  • Assist with projects relating to systems and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Completion of high school degree.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience as an administrative assistant within a fast-paced environment, ideally within HR or recruiting.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information.
  • Good written communication skills.
  • Excellent follow-through and customer service skills.
