- To excel in this role, you should have: 5+ Years of Plumbing Estimating / Project Management Experience, A strong foundation in plumbing estimating and project management is essential.
- Diverse Project Portfolio: Experience with a range of project types, including Commercial and Industrial, to demonstrate adaptability.
- Estimation Expertise: Proficiency in estimating plumbing project costs, crafting cost estimates, reviewing plans and specifications, researching materials, reading blueprints, evaluating bids, and preparing proposals.
- Industry Awareness: Keeping up-to-date with current industry trends to remain competitive.
- Effective Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration.
- Code and Specification Knowledge: Familiarity with plumbing codes and project specifications.
