Key Responsibilities:

  • Hiring, onboarding, and training of front of house employees
  • Managing FOH schedules and payroll
  • Creating action plans to meet budgeted sales and net operating income
  • Forecasting, monitoring, managing, and tracking sales, costs, and purchases
  • Handling employee discipline and guest complaints
  • Ensuring flawless execution of private events
  • Communicating with leadership teams and staff
  • Leading weekly meetings and pre-shift briefings
  • Participating in community projects and events
  • Maintaining government notice postings

Requirements:

  • 5 years of progressive management experience in a full-service restaurant or hotel
  • Strong guest service and leadership skills
  • Strong coaching skills and team-building experience
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a deadline-driven environment
  • Food and beverage knowledge
  • A 4-year college degree is preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred
