Job Overview

Aftermath Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Field Supervisor to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising the successful completion of jobs, estimating project scopes, and managing cleanups.

This is a full-time position that requires a strong desire to help families in need. While prior experience in mitigation, remediation, restoration, and comparable industries is a plus, it is not required. Aftermath Services provides comprehensive training and certification on OSHA safety and IICRC compliance, bioremediation, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively assist our team in various bioremediation projects to provide exceptional service to our clients.
  • Supervise the successful completion of jobs, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Accurately estimate, recommend, and advise on project scopes, manage cleanups, and handle necessary paperwork.
  • Responsible for effectively communicating and selling a tailored scope of work based on a thorough understanding of the client's needs, and obtaining sign-off to initiate work.
  • Lead on-site customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, providing high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the biohazard remediation process.
Working Conditions
  • Must be able to respond to dispatch office within one hour of receiving a call.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and handle physically demanding tasks.
  • Occasional overnight travel, with accommodations provided by the company.
  • Capable of handling a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Basic Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Must reside locally and be able to respond to the shop within one hour of receiving a service call.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience. Preferably in biohazard remediation, construction, demolition, restoration, or a related field.
  • Must have demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a technical or field service environment.
  • Must possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation.
  • XActimate experience.
  • Proven experience in leading teams in restoration, mitigation, remediation or construction.
  • Customer service experience and military personnel are highly valued.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a track record of successful community engagement and outreach.
