Compensation

The successful candidate can earn up to $66.00 per hour for therapy sessions, providing a competitive income stream. Payment is made via direct deposit on a weekly basis.

Job Description

As an In-Home Mental Health Counselor with Charm Behavioral Health Services, you will work closely with individuals struggling with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction. Your responsibilities will include conducting 30-minute, 45-minute, and 60-minute therapy sessions, as well as staying in regular communication with our clinical headquarters.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Valid Certification: Hold a valid LCSW certification
  • Eligibility to Work in the USA: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple information sources
  • Presentation Skills: Good presentation skills with the ability to teach and train others
  • Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
