Job Title: Licensed Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Therapist Specialist to join our team at Wings of the Future NFP. As a key member of our mental health services team, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and effective therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in a mental health-related field and be licensed within the State of California. Previous experience in mental health, office-based counseling, and/or school-based counseling protocol is desirable but not required.

As a Licensed Therapist Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to identify and address mental health issues, providing culturally competent care that meets their unique needs. You will also participate in case consultation meetings, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and stay up-to-date with continuing education requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality outpatient mental health therapy to clients as scheduled
  • Complete clinical documentation within 72 hours of the date of service
  • Actively participate in the clinical environment
  • Maintain good standing with the appropriate board and insurance entities

Salary Estimate: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (dependent on experience)
