Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Tech to join our team at Health First. As a key member of our cardiovascular team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic procedures in various cardiovascular areas, including interventional coronary, electrophysiology, interventional radiology, and interventional neurology.
  • Monitor, record, and scrub procedures with professionalism and expertise.
  • Identify and prepare patients using aseptic technique and adhere to radiation safety standards.
  • Recognize and communicate electrocardiographic and hemodynamic changes to physicians and staff.
  • Implement preventative measures in emergency situations and maintain accurate and complete procedural documentation.
  • Facilitate timely patient throughput and participate in inventory and supply management.
  • Meet annual department-specific competencies and take call as rotated/assigned.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills. You will also need to be proficient in all aspects of diagnostic and interventional procedures, preparation, assessment, documentation, and monitoring.
