About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at US Foods. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing established and new customers, selling food and non-food items to achieve sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Manage deliveries to ensure timely and efficient service, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  • Communicate and collect accounts receivable, working closely with the credit department and clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
  • Drive motor vehicles to existing customers and prospects, ensuring product delivery and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in the foodservice industry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a competitive spirit and results-driven mentality.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office products and customer relationship management tools.
