Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, employees, and vendors.
  • Manage data entry, including QuickBooks Online, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
  • Assist with payroll management using ADP.
  • Ensure FMCSA compliance and manage equipment maintenance files.
  • Coordinate safety training and policy communications.
  • Assist with onboarding new drivers and customers.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office to communicate and track key company data.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in QuickBooks Online and office administration.
  • Experience working with FMCSA rules and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; bilingualism is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
