Job Title: Territory Business Development Representative

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 per year

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales growth within your assigned territory. As a Territory Business Development Representative, you will provide value to customers through industry intelligence, technical expertise, and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Travel within the territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with customers.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials that support sales efforts.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of outside sales experience selling packaging or in related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
