Role Overview:

As a Member Relations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency and ensuring member satisfaction. Your responsibilities will encompass both inbound and outbound communications, delivering a broad spectrum of services and well-informed responses to our members and prospective members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be readily available to respond to incoming communications.
  • Adhere to established protocols to safeguard the confidentiality of our members' information.
  • Utilize communication tracking and member documentation software proficiently.
  • Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external members, striving to deliver exceptional service.
  • Meet the Credit Union's standards for referring new memberships, checking accounts, and loans.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products and services, providing tailored recommendations to meet members' financial needs.
Note: Some Saturday hours may be required.
