Position Overview

The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in gathering and interpreting financial data under direct supervision. This position involves the creation and examination of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure the accuracy of recorded financial information.

Key Responsibilities


- Support the generation of financial reports on a weekly, monthly, year-to-date, and year-end basis, including detailed variance and trend analysis against budget, previous years, and forecasts.
- Assist in the formulation of budgeting and forecasting tools and methodologies, which includes the development and validation of financial models utilizing Excel and other financial reporting systems.
- Provide analytical assistance to management across various operational and functional areas, including ad-hoc reporting and issue resolution.
- Ensure the reliability of financial reporting software by collaborating with external consultants and conducting ongoing evaluations.
- Identify market trends and developments, presenting insights to senior management.
- Work with complex datasets and collaborate with IT using Power BI and SQL.
- Manage a specific dashboard and oversee procure-to-pay data analytics.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- High proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with other Office applications.
- Strong foundation in financial reporting systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to build and maintain effective relationships with all management levels.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
