Job Title: Water and Sewer Design Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Water and Sewer Design Project Manager to join our team at EBA Engineering. As a key member of our Water Systems Engineering Department, you will be responsible for designing and managing water and sewer pipeline and pumping station projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the design and rehabilitation of water and sewer pumping stations and related projects.
  • Prepare plans, specifications, cost estimates, and permit applications.
  • Apply for and obtain environmental permits.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Provide construction administration services.
  • Develop subconsultant agreements and manage subconsultant performance.
  • Identify and resolve design-related challenges.
  • Review project-related correspondence and coordinate with external agencies.
  • Participate in public meetings and hearings.
  • Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative engineering solutions.
  • Contribute to business development to support company growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering or related field.
  • Maryland professional engineering license.
  • 5+ years of experience in water/sewer infrastructure design and construction administration.
  • Knowledge of local codes and water and sewer design requirements.
  • Strong project management, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • U.S. citizenship or Green Card immigration resident status in the United States.
