Audio Visual Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring that scope, timelines, costs, quality, and client satisfaction are maintained from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project communications and schedules.
  • Develop task lists for technical teams and oversee deliverables from engineering and programming.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously enhance established processes for improved efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and ownership of projects within the organization.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Design and coordinate work teams for audio visual installation projects.
  • Monitor project budgets for labor, equipment, and materials.
  • Conduct field verification of work sites and coordinate documentation among stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement throughout the project.
  • Coordinate training and project turnover to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience is required.
  • 5+ years of experience managing long-term projects is preferred.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as necessary.
  • Familiarity with audio/video systems and low voltage electrical projects is essential.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
