The Construction Management Division comprises over 400 professionals dedicated to program management, construction management, design-build, construction supervision, and inspection services. We are recognized as one of the top 20 construction management firms nationwide.

Our specialists manage a diverse array of projects, including significant infrastructure initiatives and assignments for healthcare, educational, institutional, manufacturing, and commercial clients.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our Construction Management team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of the utility master plan and verify the accuracy of installations for both new and existing projects in the field.
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and report on the performance of construction projects to the infrastructure team.
- Identify potential risks and contribute to the formulation of risk mitigation strategies.
- Aid in the creation and presentation of project data to various stakeholder groups.
- Provide technical and engineering support to the Program Management Office (PMO), including Project Managers and Construction Managers.
- Collaborate with surveying, testing, and inspection teams.
- Document the progress of construction, demolition, rehabilitation, alterations, additions, or repairs, including logging photographs and daily project reports as required.
- Assist in the preparation of written materials such as correspondence, reports, procedures, and guidelines.
- Help coordinate and record minutes of meetings with project stakeholders.
- Support the review of submittal procedures, Requests for Information (RFIs), and monthly invoices.
- Perform additional project support duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in managing infrastructure construction projects.
- Familiarity with large capital improvement programs and relevant public codes.
- A BS/BA degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, Construction Management, Urban Planning, or a related field.

Compensation:
The compensation range for this position is $81,000 to $108,069. STV is committed to equitable and transparent compensation practices.
