Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with project managers to conduct research, develop calculations, and create detailed engineering plans and specifications.
- Utilize engineering principles and methodologies to address complex design challenges, working closely with clients and stakeholders.
- Create both conceptual and detailed designs, employing advanced technical tools and software to support project objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior engineering staff, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of project deliverables, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve overall project goals.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, including the preparation of proposals and scope of work documentation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 5 years of experience, or a PhD with 4 years of experience.
- Proven ability to understand the implications of design decisions and effectively coordinate work across various engineering disciplines.
- Strong track record of delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 8 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus.
