Client Relations Supervisor II

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Position Overview:

The Client Relations Supervisor II is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining positive relationships with homeowners. This role involves conducting assessments, managing service requests, and overseeing vendor collaboration to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person evaluations of homeowner needs as required.
  • Assess the necessity for corrective action and manage the execution of service tasks.
  • Lead investigations to identify root causes of issues.
  • Coordinate and oversee service work through partnerships with vendors and the Customer Care team.
  • Ensure trades complete service requests to the satisfaction of clients.
  • Perform minor repairs and adjustments as needed.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Conduct quality inspections of homes prior to customer handover.
  • Determine accountability for service-related costs and manage payment authorizations within approved limits.
  • Adhere to legal protocols and manage workflow processes effectively.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics for serviced clients.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires the ability to sit, stand, and move, with the capacity to exert minimal force of up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 80 pounds. Candidates must be able to climb ladders and work in various weather conditions.

Required Education:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License is essential for this role.

Required Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service and warranty management or equivalent.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to adapt to diverse personality types.
  • Emphasis on quality service and follow-up.
  • Basic construction knowledge and skills.
  • Excellent communication and listening abilities.
  • Analytical skills for effective root cause analysis.
  • Capability to manage warranty and customer service processes.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Conflict resolution and cost management skills.
