Role Summary

The Client Relations Specialist serves as the initial point of contact for all clientele at BBA Aviation facilities. The ideal candidate will consistently deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that clients feel appreciated and valued. Key responsibilities include vehicle management, baggage assistance, and fulfilling client requests.

Key Responsibilities

The following tasks are essential to the role, in addition to those outlined above. Duties may be performed in various weather conditions, including rain, extreme temperatures, and exposure to noise and jet engine emissions. Tasks are conducted both indoors and outdoors near stationary and moving aircraft.
  • Address client inquiries, requests, and concerns regarding the company's offerings.
  • Transport clients by vehicle to and from terminals and nearby accommodations as required.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in operating vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions.
  • Assist clients with loading and unloading luggage as necessary.
  • Provide guidance to clients regarding local dining, lodging, and other services.
  • Express gratitude to clients through verbal or written communication for choosing BBA Aviation.
  • Maintain and replenish amenities in client areas, ensuring cleanliness in lobbies and restrooms.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to customer service standards, safety, and security protocols.
  • Identify crew members, passengers, visitors, and business associates in accordance with security guidelines.
  • Support Customer Service Representatives as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • A valid state driver's license.
