Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist clients as they arrive at the facility.
Verify client identification and cannabis card eligibility.
Engage with clients to provide tailored product suggestions based on their healthcare provider's recommendations.
Access and effectively utilize the state's Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR) to facilitate product dispensing.
Process transactions and collect payments through the point-of-sale system (cash, debit, etc.).
Ensure strict adherence to protocols regarding product, cash, and patient information management.
Stay informed about the latest developments in the industry and product offerings.
Contribute to the company's marketing and sales initiatives to achieve sales objectives.
Perform additional tasks necessary for maintaining a safe and organized retail environment.
Qualifications
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Pharmacy, Nursing (RN/LPN), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Physician Assistant (PA), or other healthcare-related roles involving direct interaction with patients or customers, which may include specialty retail, hospital, clinic, or pharmacy settings.
A high school diploma is required; however, a college degree in a health or wellness-related field is highly preferred.
