  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for necessary services and equipment maintenance.
  • Monitor budgets and control costs to ensure financial objectives are achieved.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure facility operations are smooth and safe.
  • Address emergencies and incidents in accordance with established protocols.
  • Prepare reports on facility operations, compliance, and performance metrics for senior management review.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5+ years of Operations Management experience
  • Experience in the Waste, Recycling, and Heavy Equipment industry
  • Active CDL A or B license is a plus
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting
  • Knowledge of business and financial principles
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Exceptional organizational abilities
