About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Field Marketing & Development professional to join our team at MVP Health Care, Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to engage with community-based organizations, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Engagement: Identify, manage, and nurture existing and new relationships with community-based organizations to maximize opportunities.
  • Sponsorship Opportunities: Identify, negotiate, and execute community sponsorship opportunities that support sales strategies and key initiatives, growth targets, and build strategic value for the organization within defined territory.
  • Program Development: Design programming for activation of partnerships and work cross-departmentally to execute successfully.
  • Market Research: Keep abreast of regional nuances, requirements, and developments in the community and healthcare segments.
  • Relationship Building: Build and develop a positive relationship with the Sales teams across the assigned territory; maintain frequent communication to determine needs and most appropriate use of resources.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with MVP Health Care marketing partners to identify collateral and promotional asset needs, as well as provide field input and insights.
  • CRM Management: Leverage and update and manage CRM (Dynamics) to track and report on lead generation outcomes. Contribute to Dynamics lead flow and process improvements over time.
  • Event Planning: Plan, develop, coordinate, and conduct community events, including large, sponsored events, small community gatherings, MVP Health Care MEVs (Mobile Enrollment Vehicles)-centered outreach, and MVP Health Care signature events across different lines of business.
Requirements
  • Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • Experience: 5 years of professional experience in sales and marketing, community relations, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent project management and organizational skills with deep experience and success prioritizing complex projects. Ability to work outside the normal workday to implement division and experiential marketing events. Demonstrates ability to negotiate and build consensus. Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth. Humility to play as a team. Commitment to being the difference for our customers in every interaction.
Location

Must reside in one of the three areas in New York: CNY Counties, North Country, or Capital District.
