Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all facets of the sales cycle, including prospecting, conducting sales meetings, presenting the company, drafting proposals, negotiating, and managing accounts.
  • Develop, nurture, and sustain relationships with potential clients and partners through meetings.
  • Comprehend the client's business landscape and effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Stay updated on current sales performance coaching software, industry trends, and product knowledge.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Organize, maintain, and update sales records systematically.
  • Manage data within our internal sales systems and oversee various data dashboards.
  • Assist stakeholders with necessary data, resources, and assets.
  • Handle project management tasks related to various sales initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless operation of all sales processes.
  • Work during US hours, with a focus on morning meetings, particularly for candidates based in San Francisco.
Qualifications
  • [Required] A minimum of 10 years in a technical capacity such as Product Manager, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or traditional Engineering role.
  • [Required] Native English proficiency and residence in the US.
  • [Required] Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
  • [Required] Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • [Preferred] Familiarity with Amazon Web Services and core AWS Services.
  • [Preferred] Solid grasp of data infrastructure, machine learning, and/or cloud architectures.
  • High analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a quick learning aptitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • A clean criminal record.
  • The ideal candidate will possess meticulous attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
