Technical Sales Specialist

At Sierra, we're building a platform to enable every company in the world to build their own autonomous AI agents for everything from customer service to commerce.

We're looking for a skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will work directly with our Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering teams to drive our GTM function and continuously improve our Agents through our customer-driven product development philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive sales and product development
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers, including executives and technical leaders
  • Lead the sales process with Enterprise customers
  • Translate code, technical logic, and user requirements to product and engineering requirements

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or customer-facing technical sales
  • Past experience in demo building, presenting, and working with customers or clients in the GTM function
  • Experience in relationship-building with potential customers, including executives and technical leaders
  • Experience in leading the sales process with Enterprise customers
  • Bachelor's Degree or above; bonus if in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
