Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Strategist to lead the development and orchestration of our content, partnership marketing, and sales strategy across multiple business units. As a key member of our team, you will ensure consumer messaging consistency across key brand/partnership campaigns and sales across various media channels. You will drive best content practices and data-driven performance optimization while managing a team of digital content professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Content Strategy

  • Manage Sales and Marketing Initiatives

  • Lead Digital Content Production
    • Oversee the execution of weekly content production for marketing channels across multiple business units.
    • Ensure messaging accuracy and consistency across all digital channels.
  • Manage Partnership Marketing Strategy
    • Develop and execute an annual multi-million-dollar partnership marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue.
  • Lead Team and Workflow Management
    • Manage a team of digital content professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
    • Create and maintain efficient workflows and cross-channel/team communication.
  • Own Data Assessment Management Platform
    • Oversee the management of our Data Assessment Management platform (DAM) to ensure seamless content management and distribution.
  • Drive Innovation and Growth
    • Lead the future of content through research and development of new tools and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 6-8+ years of experience in content management and 4+ years of team management experience, specifically in the travel or related industry.
  • Experience managing internal and external communications across various stakeholders and management of a team.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with large-scale and high-frequency campaigns that are executed accurately and efficiently.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, and other business management tools.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and lead communication and proofing/accuracy across channels/teams.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices across website content.
  • Adaptable, assertive, and a go-getter with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to set clear team objectives, deliverables, and vision for future growth.
  • Full understanding of marketing analytics and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Remain current on industry trends and content best practices related to digital marketing, CMS platforms, content automation, UI/UX, and AI opportunities.
