LPN Opportunity at BAYADA Home Health Care

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. As a LPN, you will work one-on-one with patients in their homes and communities to help them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Train and educate patients' family members on care and management
  • Communicate effectively with patients' multidisciplinary teams
  • Manage patient supplies and equipment
  • Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when needed
Qualifications:
  • Current VT LPN license in good standing
  • Current CPR certification
  • Minimum of one year clinical experience as a LPN
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Trach and/or Vent experience preferred, but not required
