LPN - Trach/Vent Job Description

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Trach/Vent Specialist. As a valued member of our team, you will work one-on-one with patients in their homes and communities to provide high-quality care and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Train and educate family members on patient care and management
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Manage patient supplies and equipment
  • Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed
Qualifications:
  • Current VT LPN license in good standing
  • Current CPR certification
  • Minimum of one year clinical experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Trach and/or Vent experience preferred, but not required
