THE OPPORTUNITY
A career in Sales at Primient provides lucrative incentives and opportunities for professional growth. Our Sales team plays a crucial role in driving our business forward, focusing on key market sectors such as Food & Beverage and Industrial Starches.

This role involves managing relationships with regional and national distributors, enhancing our channel sales strategies, and achieving significant sales targets. Responsibilities include:
  • Building and nurturing relationships with distributors serving targeted markets.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Driving account penetration and expanding cross-functional relationships.
  • Managing key customer accounts and negotiating agreements to meet operational goals.
  • Creating and executing account plans focused on growth and opportunity management.
  • Monitoring performance and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Providing regular updates and participating in sales meetings and initiatives.

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Experience in account management with a proven track record in negotiation and opportunity identification.
  • Strong portfolio management skills and experience in B2B environments.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and demonstrate leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, organized approach to managing multiple projects.
  • A commitment to safety and a history of success in diverse company settings.

EDUCATION
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Food Science, or a related field is required, along with relevant experience in the food ingredient sector.
