Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, including answering phones, processing letters, contracts, and proposals, and working with groups utilizing our meeting rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Process and manage sales-related documents and materials
  • Assist with the coordination of sales meetings and events
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a hotel or sales environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
