Sales Coordinator Job Description

Highgate Hotels is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including sales reports and client information
  • Coordinate sales meetings and events, including preparing materials and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Assist with daily operations of the Business Center, including copying, faxing, and mailing
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required by management
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • At least 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Computer knowledge/skills required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Flexible and long hours sometimes required
  • Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
