Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Manager to join our team at Avigilon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our State and Local Government customers in New Jersey and Long Island.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Contract Renewals: Work closely with customers to negotiate and secure contract renewals, ensuring a seamless continuation of our services.
  • Proposals: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and submit proposals to customers, highlighting the value of our services.
  • Accurate Forecasting: Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to ensure our sales team is aligned with customer needs and expectations.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities are conducted in compliance with government contracting requirements and procedures.
  • P&L Performance: Monitor and manage sales performance to ensure we are meeting our revenue targets.
  • Working To Targets / Goals: Set and achieve sales targets and goals, working closely with the sales team to ensure we are meeting our objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications, with a solid working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a customer account management role within a highly technical environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of Motorola RF radio systems, products, and/or services would be an advantage.

Basic Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in one of the following: Radio Network Support, Customer Support, Systems Management, Field Support, Sales Support, Account Management, Finance or Sales.
  • Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contract(s).

Travel Requirements: 25-50% travel required.

Relocation Provided: No relocation provided.

Position Type: Experienced.
