Responsibilities:- Manage a team of support engineers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of desktop and depot support services.
- Ensure all client desktop support tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner, including software break-fix support, image loads, asset recovery, asset tagging, and printer support.
- Ensure all client depot support tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner, including managing storage, inventory, and picking/packing of equipment.
- Ensure all documentation and reporting is completed accurately and on time.
- Ensure all tasks are compliant with our client's policies and procedures.
- Perform other client support duties as needed to maintain workstation operations and customer satisfaction.
- Previous IT management experience.
- 2-3+ years of previous experience in desktop/depot support or similar roles.
- Experience providing leadership and managing a team, with a focus on developing team members in their careers.
- Expertise in documentation and reporting.
- Knowledge of PC imaging.
- Preferred qualifications include certified Dell technician and expertise in inventory control.
Must be within driving distance of Hartford, Farmington, or Middletown, Connecticut, and willing to work onsite in one of these locations. U.S. citizenship status is required due to a government contract.
