Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at Olympus Corporation of the Americas. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and exceed sales targets in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow business in existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Utilize sales presentation skills to sell company products and services to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent sales experience
- Minimum of 2 years of prior sales or marketing experience
- Ability to travel within territory daily and occasionally outside of territory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office
