Position: Pega Solutions Architect (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

The Pega Solutions Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders, to transform business requirements into a fully operational application that addresses user needs.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Pega Solutions Architect.
  • A 4-year degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Certification in Pega is preferred but not mandatory.

Role Summary:

The Pega Solutions Architect serves as a crucial link between business users and technology teams. This role involves working closely with the Lead System Architect and the leadership team to develop business and technical strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in requirements gathering, analysis, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Experience:

  • At least 6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience in business analysis and use case development.
  • Experience in managing software functional requirements throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience in documenting requirements, test cases, and training materials.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Act as the liaison between business and technology teams, translating complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Engage with Business Product Owners and stakeholders to gather user stories and convert them into actionable business requirements.
  • Demonstrate creativity and initiative in problem-solving.
  • Understand business objectives and translate them into technology solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
  • Perform various roles as necessary throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Document functional requirements and lead testing efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address business challenges.
  • Facilitate backlog reviews and participate in Agile sprints.
  • Assist in defining solution acceptance criteria and support software testing.
  • Publish release notes and maintain product documentation.
  • Develop training materials for solutions.
  • Integrate best practices into existing processes.
  • Provide support to customer success teams as needed.
  • Conduct training sessions on processes and products.

Additional Skills:

  • IT technical background is a plus.
  • Experience in enterprise-level software configuration and deployment.
  • Broad experience in software development organizations.
