Job Title: National Account Manager - Walmart Seasons

HARIBO of America, a leading manufacturer of gummies, is seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and growing our business with Walmart, focusing on seasonal items, promotions, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and profitability for our seasonal business with Walmart.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Walmart, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective sales plans.
  • Utilize data and insights to inform sales decisions and optimize sales efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development and account management, with a focus on consumer packaged goods.
  • Proven track record of success in selling into Walmart and/or Sam's Club.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG and fast-moving consumer goods.
  • Experience with IRI, Circana, Nielsen, or related syndicated data.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
