Key Responsibilities
  • Badging Program Management: Oversee the badging program, including managing badge requests, distribution, and updates to employee, contractor, and vendor badge access.
  • Access Control Systems: Maintain accurate tracking logs of temp/contractor badges, manage and maintain cardholder profile accuracy, and troubleshoot problems related to access control equipment and databases.
  • Supply Management: Ensure badging supplies are in stock and equipment is functional.
  • Database Maintenance: Maintain the access control database in accordance with local authorization lists.
  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot problems or concerns related to access control equipment, databases, and policies, and coordinate problem resolution.
Requirements
  • Experience: Two or more years of badging operations, including auditing and technology systems, and/or corporate security experience.
  • Judgment and Decision-Making: Effective independent judgment and decision-making ability.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and access control systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ProWatch Experience: Two plus years of direct experience with ProWatch access control system.
Education
  • High School Diploma: HS Diploma.
Compensation

Compensation Range: $25.00/hour to $28.00/hour. CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, certifications, and work location.
