Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise daily operations within the manufacturing facility, ensuring optimal production levels and strict adherence to safety protocols.
2. Oversee the implementation and management of AS9100, the aerospace industry's quality management system, to guarantee the delivery of superior products and services.
3. Direct the supply chain management activities, including procurement, inventory oversight, material handling, order processing, and distribution logistics.
4. Develop and execute lean manufacturing initiatives aimed at minimizing waste, enhancing productivity, and boosting overall operational effectiveness.
5. Collaborate with various departments such as sales, engineering, and human resources to ensure seamless operations and alignment with business goals.
6. Assess operational performance and initiate improvements to achieve production targets.
7. Ensure compliance with industry standards and stay informed about the latest advancements in manufacturing technologies and trends.
8. Mentor and train team members, fostering a collaborative work atmosphere that promotes teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. An MBA is a plus.
2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in operations management within the manufacturing sector, particularly in aerospace and metals services.
3. Proven track record in implementing and managing AS9100 quality management systems.
4. Strong understanding of supply chain management processes and lean manufacturing principles.
5. Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on motivating and inspiring team members.
6. Exceptional strategic planning and problem-solving skills, emphasizing operational efficiency and productivity.
7. Comprehensive knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
8. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across all organizational levels.
9. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant business management software.
10. Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and make critical decisions effectively.
