Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Cash Operations Leader to join our team at Johnson Controls International. This individual will play a critical role in driving business results and providing analytical support to the Regional Controller and Regional Management Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain reports and analyses to support Trade Working Capital targets and financial performance reviews.
  • Coordinate the planning and reporting of financial results, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
  • Provide training, counseling, and support to Regional Teams on business and financial issues, ensuring adequate internal controls and satisfactory performance.
  • Research and identify key drivers of negative cash flow and under-billed jobs in every Branch team.
  • Schedule and drive activities to close out open items, assign ownership as required, and monitor legal collections.
  • Prepare and report on the status of disputes, including time to resolve and root causes.
  • Complete quarterly audits on Accounts Payable to ensure timely payments.
  • Establish collection goals to achieve Trade Working Capital targets and identify barriers impacting cash collections.
  • Review monthly financial results and business metrics, identifying issues and proposing corrective actions.
  • Assist with monthly regional performance reviews, including reviewing the backlog of work, balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with a strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting, and inventory.
  • Wide knowledge of cash flow metrics, Trade Working Capital, and POC Revenue.
  • Ability to support, monitor, and report financial results in a multi-location field operation.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with a range of audiences and personalities.
  • Shared services or customer contact center background and experience preferred.
What We Offer

Johnson Controls International offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000, depending on education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package.
