Compensation:

Starting Pay Rate: $17.00 DOE

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday
Time: 05:00 - 13:30

Key Responsibilities:

The Line / Production Operator plays a vital role in our manufacturing operations, engaging in production and sanitation tasks. Responsibilities include:
  1. Sorting, loading, cutting, and pressing produce.
  2. Utilizing cleaning chemicals for food contact and non-food contact surfaces.
  3. Employing pressurized water for floor cleaning.
  4. Adhering to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  5. Documenting job tasks performed accurately.
  6. Setting up production equipment as necessary.
  7. Managing waste disposal effectively.
  8. Wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as outlined in GMP procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A willingness to work in varying temperature environments.
  • Experience working independently.
  • Background in manufacturing or food production.
  • Sanitation experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of GMP food safety standards.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50-75 lbs frequently.
  • Understanding of OSHA regulations.
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Reliable transportation.
