Document Control Specialist

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Control Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Document Control department, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our contracts, titles, and title applications.
Responsibilities:- Verify and service titles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Distribute documents to internal departments and return them to customers or vendors as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet document processing needs and ensure seamless communication.
- Manage document flow, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Review and update account information related to documents sent and received.
- Maintain on-site and off-site storage of documents.
- Coordinate mailing and shipping of documents or other materials.
- Work with multiple databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers and third-party vendors.
- Maintain relationships with DriveTime dealerships and research state and county guidelines and policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work on-site and have availability weekdays from 7am-4pm.
