Staff Services Manager II Position

Job Summary

The Staff Services Manager II is a key leadership position in the Expanded Learning Division, reporting directly to the Division Director. This role oversees the Administrative and Fiscal Services Office, providing strategic direction and supervision to two Staff Services Manager I's and a team of 14 staff members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to the Administrative and Fiscal Services Office team
  • Supervise and manage the fiscal management and administration of the division budget
  • Manage the flow of payments for multiple grants and contracts to ensure accurate payments
  • Develop and monitor timelines to ensure timely payments
  • Serve as the central point of contact for supervision, direction, and implementation of procedures across the Division

Working Conditions

This position is headquartered in Sacramento and may be eligible for a hybrid telework schedule for eligible applicants residing in California.
