Core Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Senior Sales Leadership to ensure alignment with both immediate and long-term strategic goals, crafting tools, processes, and campaigns that bolster corporate objectives.
  • Implement and uphold a consistent sales methodology to guarantee that all team members follow the most current protocols for lead management.
  • Drive initiatives within the Sales Software Development and maintenance teams, concentrating on aspects such as Geomapping, Configuration, CRM, pricing tools, proposal templates, and pipeline management tools.
  • Generate and disseminate sales performance analytics, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline dashboard reporting.
  • Design and manage a sales training framework to monitor training records and pinpoint development opportunities for sales personnel.
  • Support Regional Sales Leadership in formulating onboarding and training initiatives for new sales team members.
  • Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, trust, continuous improvement, safety, reliability, quality, accountability, and discipline among all stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary resource for CRM-related inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Management and the development of sales processes.
  • Proven track record in establishing and refining sales methodologies and protocols.
  • Strong expertise in change management, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and proposing effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), design software, and sales performance dashboards.
