Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated End User Support Technician to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive top-notch assistance and support for their technical needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering Tier 3 Technical Support: Address complex technical issues that require advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Addressing System Vulnerabilities: Identify and remediate vulnerabilities within end-user systems to enhance security.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work alongside Level 3 technicians to develop effective strategies for resolving technical challenges.
  • Effective Communication: Engage with end users primarily through phone communication, utilizing remote assistance tools to facilitate support.
  • Familiarity with Remediation Tools: While direct interaction with tools such as Intune and MECM is not the primary focus, a basic understanding of these platforms is beneficial.
