Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the education and onboarding of clinical field personnel.
- Supervise clinical staff during shifts and patient visits.
- Engage in some travel within the AdvisaCare service area on a weekly basis.
- Foster a positive and organized team environment, serving as a leader to the clinical staff.

Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Michigan State Registered Nurse License, along with a TB test and CPR certification.
- Clear criminal background check and drug screening are mandatory.
- Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking abilities and exceptional time management skills.
- Reliable transportation, a valid Michigan Driver's License, and auto insurance are required.
- Previous experience in home health care is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
